About the producer: 

The production of the traditional Prügeltorte started over 30 years ago with Christine and Hermann Mader at their home in Kramsach. Today, we at Prügeltorten Manufaktur are allowed to continue this baking tradition. Thanks to an innovative production process, the trade secret of our senior boss, master confectioner Hermann Mader, we can produce the Tiroler Prügeltorte in larger quantities without it losing its artisanal character and originality.
