Remove the prawns from the packaging and let them rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Grill on the shell side, ideally on a well-preheated grill or grill pan, until they are warm inside and lightly golden brown outside – about 3 minutes. After grilling, drizzle with tomato cassé, basil, and olive oil, season with freshly ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt. Let rest briefly and serve.
