Fresh tapas from Rohlik that satisfy even the most discerning taste buds with their quality. A mix of stuffed apricots, Gorgonzola, and Prosciutto Crudo. Prosciutto Crudo is Italian air-dried ham, made from high-quality pork ham that is only cured in salt. Afterward, the salt is removed from the surface of the meat, and the ham is aged for several months. Its flavor is mild and slightly sweet, thanks to the more humid Italian climate. Meat product, not heat-treated, fermented. Gorgonzola is a delicate blue cheese. It is exclusively produced and seasoned in certain provinces of Lombardy and Piedmont. Its flavor is strongly aromatic and spicy. This straw-white soft cheese with greenish veins undergoes a process called "Erborinatura," which means "mold formation" in Italian. Sweet apricots, hand-filled with a delicate honey-passion fruit cream made from cream cheese.
