Preparation Recommendation:

Preheat the grill or frying pan well and add a little vegetable oil to the grill plate (grill mat). Rainer goes on the grill over medium heat for approx. 15-20 minutes. This is how long it takes for the heat to penetrate the high-quality, edible sausage casing and for the mass to firm up – it's ready when no more liquid is visible under the skin.
This creates the typical "Käsefusserl" – a golden-brown, tasty crust made from plant-based cheese.
Tip: For extra roasted aroma, pierce Rainer with a fork at the end and grill for another approx. 2 minutes.
Lotti:
Lightly brush or spray with oil – and Lotti is ready for the grill. Fry briefly and crisply until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The vegan fun is ready!
