Origin & Terroir
This aromatic Spumante comes from Italy and is pressed from 100% White Moscato (Muscatel). The vines thrive on clay, limestone, and chalk soils, which impart freshness, minerality, and a balanced structure to the wine. The Mediterranean climate favors the development of intense aromas and natural sweetness.

Production takes place using the tank fermentation method, where the must is only partially fermented – this preserves the natural sugar content and low alcohol strength.

The result: a light, fragrant Spumante with pleasant sweetness and fine perlage.

Colour: Bright straw yellow with greenish and golden reflections, which gain intensity with maturity

Aroma: Fresh and captivating, with intense notes of candied fruits, exotic fruit notes, honey, and floral nuances

Palate: Delicate and fragrant, with fine aromatics of wildflowers, fresh stone fruit, and a balanced play of sweetness. The perlage is fine and lively.
