Beef Brisket Barbecue Rub, and a little time, it becomes such a juicy and tender taste experience that the beef melts in your mouth.
Usage
STAY SPICED! Beef Brisket Barbecue Rub – the dry rub for tenderly cooked beef brisket.
For a classic Beef Brisket, first remove the fat layer on the top side of the beef brisket until you only see marbled meat. Important: The fat on the underside stays on, as it protects the brisket from the heat when cooking in the BBQ smoker and is only removed when slicing before serving. Then generously spread the STAY SPICED! Beef Brisket Barbecue Rub on the beef brisket and let it soak in for about three hours.
Then grill the Beef Brisket indirectly at 110-120 degrees – the smoking process takes about 4-5 hours, by which time the beef brisket should have reached an internal temperature of about 65 degrees. Then wrap the Beef Brisket in aluminum foil or Pink Butcher Paper; the beef brisket will then need another 2-3 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 90 degrees. Now it should be tender and juicy.
