Sherry 15.5% Vol.

Bright mahogany colour with concentrated aromas of ripe fruits and raisins.

Rich and soft, complex with a fine balance between fruit and acidity, very well structured, long finish.

The winemaking follows the Solera process typical for Sherry. Newer vintages are continuously blended with older ones until the finished wine, as a blend of several vintages, has reached its ideal maturity.

Excellent as a dessert wine or with fine pastries and cakes.

About the winery:

Bodegas Garvey, one of the oldest wineries in the municipality of Jerez, was founded in 1780 by William Garvey, an Irish aristocrat from the county of Waterdorf. He succeeded in a short time in making his Sherry one of the leading brands. The winery is located in the vicinity of Jerez. Only in recent years has the company been acquired by the Josè de Soto group. The old wine barrels still bear witness to the company's long tradition, even though the other facilities have been modernised.
