This Negroni variant impresses with the addition of Wiener Grant, Campari and the original Viennese Burschik's Red Vermouth.

As a special twist, this is passed through a Bialetti coffee machine filled with freshly ground J.Hornig coffee beans, creating a vermouth-coffee infusion that awakens even tired spirits - Svegliato, indeed!

The bottled cocktail is simply poured over ice and stirred for 1 minute, allowing the intense aromas from the various ingredients to unfold with the melting water. If desired, an orange zest can be added to the glass.

About Wiener Grant:

Wiener Grant is a hazelnut-coffee bean spirit with 33% vol., awarded multiple times at the Falstaff Spirits Special Award. Real hazelnuts and coffee beans are processed ("macerated") into a natural aroma and added to the distillate. Finally, WIENER GRANT is reduced to a pleasant drinking strength of 33% volume and "discreetly sweetened".

The "Wiener Grant" seduces with the finest hazelnut & coffee aromas. Original Wiener Grant coffee beans are used in the process.

The roasting was produced in collaboration with the Hawelka coffee roastery from Vienna's 1st district. After a resting period of several weeks, it finally acquires its irresistible taste. Already upon first opening the bottle, Viennese coffee house culture fills the air. When tasting, the intensely nutty aroma is immediately noticeable. The herbaceous-spicy coffee aroma makes the spirit more full-bodied, and the taste lingers long after the first sip.
