What does it do? Naïf's Magnesium Bath Salt relaxes your muscles and can relieve pain and cramps thanks to the soothing effect of magnesium. During your pregnancy, it is recommended not to bathe for longer than 15 minutes. Afterwards, slowly get out of the bathtub and rinse yourself off.
