The fresh, mildly fruity MANI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized by a pleasant aroma and a slightly piquant note. This MANI olive oil was gently harvested and exclusively cold-extracted mechanically.
Attention: At temperatures below 10 degrees, the fatty acids can cause it to harden and form flakes. However, this "flocculation" has no effect whatsoever on the shelf life or quality of the oil. When stored at room temperature, these flakes dissolve again. You can continue to consume it without concern.
