The Mushlings are our plant-based interpretation of the classic snack sausage – hearty, protein-rich, and packed with gourmet mushroom umami from shiitake, king oyster, and oyster mushrooms. The texture is perfectly balanced: not too soft, not too firm, simply ideal for a quick snack. Whether for a snack with mustard, horseradish & Gurkerl, grilled, or in potato goulash – these snack sausages always fit.

Serving suggestion:

Enjoy perfectly with mustard, horseradish, and Gurkerl as a hearty snack. Also suitable for grilling – the sausages develop a strong, smoky note (do not grill for too long). Add a spicy note to your goulash or stew by adding the Mushlings Duo.
