What does leaky gut mean?

With leaky gut, the intestinal mucosa loses its filter and protective function and becomes permeable. As a result, unwanted substances can increasingly enter the body and cause inflammation and excessive immune reactions or put a strain on organs.    The biomarker zonulin is increased in leaky gut.    

How can leaky gut develop?

Numerous stress factors such as illness, frequent medication, allergens (e.g. gluten) and toxins from food are associated with leaky gut (= scientifically proven).      Possible accompanying symptoms (scientifically proven):

Application

Take 3 capsules 2 – 3 times a day with meals with a glass (at least 100 ml) of water.

The duration of intake should be at least 12 weeks or as long as the recurring physical stress is present.

• Staggered intake of 2 hours when taking medication. 
• Doctors recommend starting with half the dose in the first week. 
• Reduce dose in case of constipation, increase fluid intake and take linseed.
