tetesept Magnesium 500 Day Night supplies the body with high-dose magnesium thanks to the 2-phase depot - immediately and for hours. You can therefore use the product for a supply during the day or at night.

The high-dose magnesium contributes to:

normal muscle function

normal function of the nervous system and has a function in cell division

2-phase depot:

2 tablet layers for fast and long-term supply

• Immediate phase: Fast supply with 250mg magnesium in a first dose in the morning or at bedtime

• Depot phase: 250mg magnesium is released evenly to the body over several hours.

Recommended intake:

Consume 1/2 to 1 tablet daily with liquid.

In case of an increased magnesium requirement, e.g. due to heavy exertion and in connection with a magnesium-poor diet, consume 1 tablet.
