Body & Soul is an invigorating composition of apple pieces, lemongrass, peppermint, rose hips, citrus peel and chamomile blossoms. This gentle herbal tea with a fruity note is perfect as a refreshing companion for yoga, meditation and more. Thanks to the peppermint and lemongrass, it has a naturally invigorating effect!

Lovers of fruity herbal teas can also enjoy the light yellow infusion with a delicate apple note with a dash of fruit juice!

Preparation: For 1 liter, use 5 teaspoons of loose tea (1 teaspoon = ~2g), pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 - 8 minutes. 100g of loose tea yields 50 cups (200ml) of tea enjoyment!
