BB Williams Pear Brandy Viljamovka is a premium brandy made from selected Williams pears at the stage when they are richest in vitamins and minerals. After harvesting, the fruits are left to ripen for another ten days in a slightly draughty place to maximise the concentration of fermentable sugars. “BB Viljamovka” is obtained by double distillation and selection of the best distillates. BB Viljamovka is a captivating brandy with aromas, strength and a fine contrast between the sweetness and the specific, mild astringency of the Williams pear. Alcohol content 40%.
