Salto Pale Ale is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, yellow-golden ale with aromatic hops, which offers a striking balance between tropical notes (such as grapefruit, mandarin and elderflower) and a gentle, pleasant bitterness. Inspired by the American IPA beer style (India Pale Ale), Salto Pale Ale has a very hoppy taste, but with less bitterness and a lower alcohol content than a classic American IPA. The result is a smooth, full-bodied and refreshing beer. Alcohol content 5.7%.
