White wine Cuvée 14.5%

A balanced Cuvée of the varieties 50% Sauvignon Blanc & 50% Chardonnay, mineral and sweet fruit on the palate.

Tasting note:

In the glass, a strong straw yellow with greenish-silver rim reflections.

On the nose, sweet fruit aromas of elderberry and ripe apple and damp stone, as well as wet felt, in a good Burgundy style.

On the palate, a fine acidity plays around the flavors of melon, roasted nuts & bitter almonds. The slightly tart citrus note of grapefruits and distinct salinity are the fine components of the Sauvignon Blanc.

Food recommendation: Fish, seafood, Asian dishes
