500 g Rindfleisch, 1 EL Öl 1. Beutelinhalt in 500 ml Wasser einrühren. Öl dazugeben und aufkochen lassen.
2. Würfelig geschnittenes Rindfleisch zugeben und halb zugedeckt 1 1/2 bis 2 Stunden weichdünsten. Öfters umrühren.
3. Beim Garen im Druckkochtopf nur 250 ml Wasser verwenden und 20-30 Min. bei geringer Hitze dünsten.
Dazu schmeckt eine Semmel.
