Apricots in a cup

The apricot originally comes from China, but nowadays it is cultivated everywhere where the climate is very warm. The orange-colored fruit depends on the degree of ripeness. When fully ripe, it has a pleasantly sweet aroma that is slightly reminiscent of almonds. If this degree of ripeness is exceeded, it becomes very floury and tastes rather bland.
