Bonmush vegan Tune-in Salad
Vegan alternative for tuna spread based on the sustainable and local raw material oyster mushroom. Ready-to-eat and with an umami taste due to the oyster mushrooms as well as rich in fiber and proteins. Free from gluten and lactose.

Hard to believe, but the plant-based sea food salads from BonMush are based on oyster mushrooms instead of seafood. They can be enjoyed ready-to-eat quickly and easily. Thanks to the sustainable and local raw material oyster mushroom, they conserve the resources water & land and because they are rich in fiber & proteins, they can contribute to a balanced diet.
Caroline is behind the innovative products. She continues the tradition of her in-laws' company, which began producing the finest meat products 130 years ago and has now become a vegetarian and vegan company in the fifth generation from a traditional butcher shop. Today, oyster mushrooms are grown in the former pigsty in Flanders, Belgium.
