Bonmush vegan Sea cocktail salad
Delicious vegan alternative for crab salad with cocktail sauce based on the sustainable and local raw material oyster mushroom. Ready-to-eat and with oyster mushrooms with umami flavour as well as rich in fibre and proteins. Free from gluten and lactose.

Hard to believe, but the plant-based sea-food salads from BonMush are based on oyster mushrooms instead of seafood. They can be enjoyed ready-to-eat quickly and easily. Thanks to the sustainable and local raw material oyster mushroom, they conserve the resources water & land and because they are rich in fibre & proteins, they can contribute to a balanced diet.
Caroline is behind the innovative products. She continues the tradition of her in-laws' company, which began 130 years ago with the production of the finest meat products and has now become a vegetarian and vegan-oriented company in the fifth generation. Today, oyster mushrooms are grown in the former pigsty in Flanders, Belgium.
