ALUFIX contact grill paper is ideally suited as an insert for your contact grill due to its size. The paper protects your contact grill from dirt and excessive wear, prevents the transfer of flavours between different grilled products, and still ensures the classic and appetizing grill marks on your food. The grease-proof and double-sided coated paper can also be used for baking, roasting, steaming, or for portioning and storing food. The paper is boil-proof, steam-proof, and heat-resistant up to 220 °C, and is also suitable for the freezer, making it a versatile aid in your kitchen! Avoid direct contact with open flames and heating coils! When used as a pan liner, use a maximum of medium heat on electric and induction hobs, and only the small flame on gas hobs.

The individually folded sheets can be effortlessly removed from the box by hand and lie flat on the work surface without curling up.
