6 raw eggs from organic Marans hens
This breed originally from France lives in mobile chicken coops in the middle of a vineyard. Thanks to year-round free range, they grow into strong animals. They are fed purely organically, with a variety of grains, herbs and fresh goat's milk.
They are a delight for breakfast or for baking! Marans eggs have a long shelf life and can be stored well. Their shell, which is three times as thick, makes them particularly resistant. They are excellent suppliers of vitamins and minerals with a much higher iron and zinc content. Feeding them with fresh goat's milk gives them a fine aroma.
