MAMA KONSTANTINA Greek Couscous
The Greeks were inspired by North Africa when they created their wonderful couscous. It is made from durum wheat semolina, eggs, milk and salt and is steamed over boiling water to cook.
Cooking recommendation: Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Star chef Konstantin Filippou brings Greek zest for life to Austrian plates with every bite with the MAMA KONSTANTINA manufactory.
The idea for his latest project MAMA KONSTANTINA came to Konstantin Filippou during his childhood and youth on his family trips to Greece. There he experienced Greek conviviality and hospitality paired with Mediterranean culinary delicacies. As an adult, he found new inspiration with the “real” Mama Konstantina, an olive farmer and passionate cook from Kalamata and a friend of the Filippou family.
Together with her, he has curated Greek cuisine classics so that they are also available in our country - as a nostalgic piece of Greece that reminds us of holidays with friends back then.
