MAMA KONSTANTINA Kritharaki
Kritharaki are small pasta made from durum wheat semolina, eggs and milk in the shape of a grain of cereal or rice. They are often used in Greek cuisine.
Cooking recommendation: Cook for 3-4 minutes.
About the manufacturer:
Star chef Konstantin Filippou brings Greek zest for life to Austrian plates with every bite with the MAMA KONSTANTINA factory.
The idea for his latest project MAMA KONSTANTINA came about during Konstantin Filippou's childhood and youth on his family trips to Greece. There he experienced Greek conviviality and hospitality paired with Mediterranean culinary delicacies. As an adult, he found new inspiration with the “real” Mama Konstantina, an olive farmer and passionate cook from Kalamata and a friend of the Filippou family.
Together with her, he has curated Greek cuisine classics so that they are also available here - as a nostalgic piece of Greece that reminds you of holidays with friends back then.
