Damn Good Dumpling Pork Belly (frozen)

Delicious Pork Belly Dumplings – slow-braised pork belly (AAA*) according to an Asian recipe with sweet and spicy notes of star anise, cinnamon and ginger.

Tastes great with damn good Chili Mayo, black sesame, dried chilies and coriander

Alternatively, the dumplings can also be served on a salad or as a soup insert.

Preparation:

In a bamboo basket: Place the dumplings in a bamboo basket and place on a pot of boiling water. Steam for 7 minutes.

In a pot: Place the dumplings in boiling water for 7 minutes.

In a pan: Fry the dumplings in 1 teaspoon of oil on the flat side over medium heat. Deglaze with 150ml water and cook until the water has evaporated.
