The meat from the Austrian AMA quality seal certified young beef is an absolute all-rounder in the kitchen. The young cattle are allowed to grow to a maximum age of 20 months and are therefore particularly tender and fine-fibred. The sirloin can be roasted whole or cut into steaks.
