You can simply taste the difference - without added flavor enhancers, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, soy & palm oil. For our products, we use recyclable outer packaging, such as paper.

Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 220°C top and bottom heat (convection 200°C). Place the frozen spinach sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for about 9-10 minutes. Turn once after 5-6 minutes.
Preparation in the pan:
Heat oil (approx. 1/2 cm) in a pan. Place the unthawed spinach sticks in it. The fat must not cool down too much. Bake for about 4 minutes over medium heat, turning several times. Then drain the spinach sticks briefly on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat. The preparation time depends on the kitchen appliance. Please make sure that the product is completely heated through before eating!
