Winery Martin Pasler Schwerelos Frizzante 2021

Fresh, flowery Frizzante with subtle residual sweetness, which is currently very good to drink, but also has storage potential for the next two years.

The Schwerelos runs into the glass with a light cherry red with delicate pink reflections.

The aroma is very flowery and reminiscent of wild cherry, red currants and strawberries, all underpinned by a subtly spicy tone reminiscent of white pepper.

The palate is juicy and animating, the subtle sweetness underlines the fruity character. The light spiciness in the finish makes it a round and at the same time stimulating drinking pleasure.

Serving and food recommendation:        

A Frizzante that should be served well chilled at approx. 7-8°C in a classic champagne glass. If you want to emphasize the subtle sweetness a little more, you can also use a ribbed Riesling glass.

It is ideal as an aperitif and perfectly complements Japanese cuisine.

It goes well with sushi or crustaceans, such as lobster on crustacean foam with saffron risotto, or a light poultry dish, such as chicken breast on salad with raspberry vinegar.

It also cuts a very good figure with classics such as venison terrine with Cumberland sauce.
