Murgella Mini Scamorza Spizzico
Italian semi-hard cheese (pasta filata type) made from pasteurized cow's milk, 45% F.i.T.
The small Scamorza balls of approx. 30g/each are the snack version of the classic smoked Scamorza.
The typical smoked aroma and amber colour of this cheese are created by smoking over beech wood chips.
Origin of the milk: Italy
As a table cheese or as a snack for an aperitif. The light smoky aromas of these Scamorzine harmonize very well with a green salad; grilled courgettes and aubergines get a more aromatic taste.
