About the manufacturer:
Proximity to nature, sustainability and many years of experience are the cornerstones for Pinzgau Milch cheese specialties. When we talk about cheese, we talk about quality, variety and an honest, natural and excellent taste.
The basis for the high-quality products lies in our region. Around 1,000 farmers from Pinzgau, Pongau and the neighboring Tyrolean Kaiserwinkl entrust us with their carefully produced mountain farm milk for further processing. The small-scale farms are mostly family businesses with an average of 12 cows, far away from any mass production. It is the natural farming methods and the species-appropriate animal husbandry that enable the production of high-quality cheese.
