AI Summary
Paluani Colomba Crema Chantilly
The sweet message of Italian spring! The Paluani Colomba Crema Chantilly is an exquisite variation of the traditional Easter pastry "Colomba Pasquale". Baked in the characteristic dove shape – the symbol of peace and resurrection – this specialty combines airy yeast dough with a seductively soft filling of the finest Chantilly cream.
What awaits you with this Italian delight
- Extra fluffy dough: A particularly long leavening process and the use of high-quality ingredients create an incomparably soft and airy texture.
- Seductive Chantilly filling: The heart of the Colomba is filled with an elegant, light cream that captivates with its delicate vanilla note and creaminess.
- Traditional symbolism: The iconic "dove shape" makes this pastry the perfect centerpiece for any Easter festive table.
- Modern recipe: This variant does without classic candied fruits and instead relies entirely on the interplay of light pastry and delicate cream.
Culinary Tip
Ideally, serve the Colomba Crema Chantilly at room temperature so that the dough retains its full fluffiness and the cream can optimally develop its aroma. It pairs perfectly with a glass of Moscato d'Asti or a strong Italian Caffè.
No candied fruits and no raisins in the dough

Paluani is an Italian sweet baked goods producer, mainly manufacturing cake varieties. It is the fourth-largest producer of Panettone in Italy.
Paluani was founded in 1921 by a confectioner in Verona and initially specialized in the production of Pandoro and pudding. In the 1930s, Paluani also began producing Panettone, an Italian cake specialty. In addition, the company Pastry Cometti, until then the sole producer of Panettone in Verona, was acquired.
After World War II, the company struggled with serious financial problems until it was taken over by Luigi Campedelli. Under Campedelli, Paluani soon returned to profitability and increasingly developed into a large enterprise. By 1968, Paluani was already one of the largest sweet baked goods manufacturers in Italy.
In 1976, production was relocated to a new factory in Dossobuono, where the headquarters are also located. In 1992, Luigi Campedelli passed away; his son Luca, then only 23 years old, took over the company and remains its president and majority shareholder to this day.
