The pomegranate is the king of fruits. It served as the inspiration for the scepter of some monarchs of Europe and Asia, including the crown of King Solomon.
We at Ali Juus are true democrats and with our pomegranate juice we bring the best pomegranate juice on earth to the common people.

Why? Simple. We shall rule!

Only the seeds are pressed for the juice. These are first mechanically separated from the rind and also the lamellae between the pomegranate seeds. The pomegranates come from Spain. In the south of Spain is also the city of Granada, which was named after the healing fruit.

The juice is cold-pressed from the ripe seeds in the growing area and immediately shock-frozen so that it tastes like biting into a fresh fruit. Like an explosion on the palate. Not so bitter, slightly sour and fantastically sweet.

Hardly anyone knows us, although we are almost on everyone's lips.

A little more than 7 years ago, we started supplying hotels such as the Imperial on Kärntner Ring or the Sofitel on Schwedenplatz with fresh fruit juices made from sun-ripened, healthy fruits.

And because not only quality and freshness but also the hygiene standards, the shelf life of our products and our environment are important to us, we relied on modern technologies (High Pressure Processing) and sustainability very early on.

Our freshly squeezed fruit juices are 100% filled into already recycled PET bottles. This is very good, because plastic is not waste, but a valuable resource.

The bottles are then subjected to 6,000 bar of pressure in a special chamber. This bursts  microorganisms such as germs and bacteria that have no place in fruit juice. This means that our freshly squeezed juice has a much longer shelf life, and important minerals, vitamins and nutrients are also retained.
