The base wines are produced in the South of France

Vinification:

Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness to produce a balanced, aromatic base wine with pleasant acidity. Pressing immediately after the harvest to preserve the aromatic freshness and limit maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by a second fermentation in closed tanks with the addition of liqueur de tirage and yeasts. Filtration and isobaric bottling after the addition of the expedition liqueur

Tasting notes:

Colour: Brilliant, pale yellow colour.
Nose: Very expressive nose with typical Muscat grape notes and intense notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The sparkling wine then develops floral aromas of roses and white flowers.
Palate: Very aromatic and intense on the palate. Beautiful effervescence, fine bubbles. Balanced and long-lasting taste.

Food pairing:

As an aperitif, with foie gras, spicy dishes, sweet and sour dishes, fruit desserts.
