Preparation:
Unpack the goose liver sausage and make small cuts in the surface. Heat in a preheated oven at 120 degrees hot air for approx. 20 minutes.
Then create a nice crust at 230 degrees for approx. 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut and enjoy.
