BIO runner beans

There is a difference between bush beans and pole beans. While bush beans grow in a bush-like manner and have short and strong stems, pole beans need support and have long and thin stems. Both bush beans and pole beans are green-podded or yellow-podded, depending on the variety. Beans with yellow pods are called wax beans. But not only the pods can vary greatly in shape and color, so can the seeds: round, spherical, flat, long, white, light over reddish brown to black and colorfully speckled.

CULTIVATION

We, at Bio Hof Aichinger, are a small organic farm in the heart of the Marchfeld and have specialized in the production of organic vegetables, organic spices and organic cooking oils for years.

Through constant testing and research, we try to conjure up a taste experience for our customers with the combination of vegetables with numerous spices and aromatic notes.

One of our goals is to close the biological cycle as much as possible and to take care of our soil so that our descendants can enjoy the same fun and joy in organic farming.
