QimiQ Whipping Cream Base

QimiQ Whipping Cream Base is a natural cream product. Only the highest quality fresh milk is used for QimiQ Whipping Cream Base. In addition to 97% Austrian cream, QimiQ Whipping Cream Base also contains 3% starch. It is gluten-free. QimiQ Whipping Cream Base is ideal for warm cooking and baking. For example: cream soups, sauces, scrambled eggs, gratin masses and toppings for quiches, tarts, cakes, etc.

How do I use QimiQ Whipping Cream Base?

1. Cut open the entire package.
2. Gratin masses and toppings: No cooking required. Mix QimiQ Whipping Cream Base with the ingredients and pour over the food to be cooked.
   Soups & sauces: Add QimiQ Whipping Cream Base to the other ingredients in the soup/sauce and stir.

QimiQ Classic is firm in the package and must be stirred until smooth before use.
