to refine vegetables as well as to bake cakes.

INGREDIENTS FOR OVEN HEAPS (serves 4)

● 4 tbsp Violife Vioblock ● 4 medium potatoes ● 1 handful fresh rosemary ● Salt & pepper to taste
. ● Chives for garnish 

 

PREPARATION
. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the potatoes well and prick them with a fork. Place the potatoes on the baking tray and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp Vioblock flakes.

Bake for 25 minutes and remove from the oven. Turn the potatoes over and brush with the melted Vioblock, then bake in the oven for a further 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven.

Remove from the oven and cut the potatoes lengthwise with a knife. Press open with your fingers and add the remaining Vioblock in small pieces or curls. Serve while still hot and garnish with chopped chives.
