Crunchy organic spelt base topped with grilled mushrooms, a fruity tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. Traditionally baked in a wood-fired oven, our pizzas are a piece of Italy for your home.

In the small town of Meduno, which belongs to Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northern Italy, our pizzas are made with the best ingredients and lots of love. The dough is given up to 24 hours to develop its full flavour, which means that very little yeast is needed for the crispy base of our pizzas. We reveal the secret of our fruity tomato sauce, which, by the way, doesn't need any sugar at all, in the magazine article.

Preparation recommendation:
-Preheat the oven well, while allowing the pizza to defrost. -After about 10 minutes, remove the packaging and bake the pizza on the oven rack on the middle shelf until browned and crispy.

In oven temperatures: 200 °C (top and bottom heat) / 180 °C (fan oven) for about 12-14 minutes. The suitable baking time may vary depending on the appliance.
