This new premium ham was designed to celebrate 125 years of Berger enjoyment. The exquisite leg ham Selection is made exclusively by hand from regional and GMO-free REGIONAL OPTIMAL pork according to a traditional family recipe. The pork leg is used in its original form. This means that the four parts of the Schlögel are not separated from each other, but remain in their grown structure. The bone and tendons are gently removed - the natural, tender fat inclusions ensure particularly full-bodied ham enjoyment. The leg ham selection is produced without the addition of flavour enhancers. By nature, this is also lactose- and gluten-free.
Thanks to its exclusive production and fine flavour, Beinschinken Selektion is best enjoyed cold. This is the only way to show off its crumbly texture and mild, meaty flavour to best advantage.
