Normaderm Anti-Age contains the combination of dermatological reference active ingredients from the field of skin impurities and anti-ageing: the exfoliating active ingredients LHA and glycolic acid and vitamin C. LHA (lipo-hydroxy acid) is lipophilic and has a high affinity to the horny layer. It has a gentle yet intensive keratolytic effect and thus counteracts the clogging of the sebaceous gland outlets. LHA is particularly effective against propionibacteria, e.g. Propionibacterium acnes. Glycolic acid has a keratolytic effect and leads to an intensive detachment of corneocytes, which results in a stimulation of cell renewal. It helps to reduce the cornification disorder (hyperkeratosis) and also has an antibacterial effect. Vitamin C glycoside continuously releases vitamin C. Vitamin C has an antioxidant effect, promotes collagen synthesis and improves the properties and structures of the connective tissue. Zinc gluconate has an antibacterial and sebum-regulating effect. The hydrating formula with glycerin and emollients increases the skin's moisture content. The complex of kaolin, silicon and nylon fibres provides a mattifying effect. Thermal water from VICHY has a skin-soothing effect and improves the skin's own protection. Wrinkles are smoothed, pores are refined and the complexion appears more even. Non comedogenic. .
