For our cocoa ice cream we only use fine flavoured cocoa. Because for NOMOO connoisseurs, no effort is too great for us to create a stunning taste! This vegan ice cream variety not only tastes better than average and is reminiscent of a dark chocolate mousse, but will also awaken the desire in you forever. We have to warn you: ordinary chocolate ice cream will no longer be an option for you after the first spoonful of creamy NOMOO ice cream. You won't miss milk and cream from now on.

Only about 5% of the raw cocoa harvested worldwide is considered fine flavoured cocoa. In contrast to conventional consumer cocoa, fine flavoured cocoa has significantly fewer bitter substances. This allows many more flavours to be tasted. Our cocoa is characterised by an earthy, fruity and floral note. The taste is rounded off by a nice chocolaty, nutty note. With NOMOO, the cocoa now just meets a dash of coconut milk. What else can we say about it: It sparks! The result is a chocolaty sensory indulgence that is second to none and a creamy texture to melt away. If things do get boring, we recommend a hot raspberry in the guest role.

Driven by this vision, we bought a small ice cream machine from our savings during our studies, put it in a small restaurant kitchen at night, started producing ice cream and selling it to cafés in Cologne during the day.
