With Trinitario fine flavoured cocoa from the La Campesina cooperative, which grows in and around the Cerro Musún and Cerro Quirraguas nature reserves and is harvested by smallholders. A natural cocoa accompanied by some raw cane sugar.

In the chocolate manufactory in Riegersburg, Zotter makes the chocolate bean-to-bar itself. From the cocoa bean to the finished bar, everything in house. The roasting, grinding, rolling and conching is done in small batches and individually matched to the cocoa. Around 200 people are employed in Riegersburg, producing fresh chocolate every day and taking care of everything that needs to be done all around.
