Vigorous ruby garnet, violet reflections, broader rim brightening. Delicate spice, black forest berry jam, nuances of precious wood. Substantial, extract-sweet texture, integrated tannins, mineral touch, fine nuances of figs in the finish, good length.

The Römerhof winery has been owned by the Kollwentz family for centuries. As far as the white wines are concerned, the Römerhof winery benefits today from the radical varietal purification carried out at an early stage. The white cornerstones remain Welschriesling , Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The red wine spectrum is limited to the proven varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon. The old vineyard name "Steinzeiler" was resurrected in the form of a cuvée of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet.
