An organic flour with excellent baking properties: for bread and rolls, savoury and sweet pastries and savoury dishes. Alnatura wheat flour type 1050 is a lightly milled flour that still contains some of the components of the whole grain. The wheat comes from biodynamic farming (Demeter).
