Iglo Vegetable Mix Tuscany

The Vegetable Mix Tuscany consists of zucchini, cherry tomatoes, yellow and red bell peppers. Inspired by Italian cuisine, the vegetable mix is perfect for dishes like pasta or roasted vegetables.

Preparation recommendation:

In the pan:
Place the unthawed contents of the package with 2 tbsp oil into a preheated pan. Roast over medium heat, stirring frequently, for approx. 4–6 minutes.

In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat (convection 200°C). Place baking paper on a baking tray. Spread the frozen contents of the package on a baking tray and bake on the middle rack for 12–14 minutes (10-12 minutes).
