Hörtnagl´s Innsbrucker Sausage sliced

The Innsbrucker is a scalded sausage, which is composed of a fine basic mince and a coarse-grained meat insert. The basic mince consists of pork and beef, the insert of special pork pieces. In addition to the traditional seasoning, this product is smoked and cooked and thus receives a very special flavor. The sausage casing is not edible.
