Morbidi Wild Boar Salsiccia
Made from fine wild boar meat and seasoned with great patience. The Slasiccia must not be missing on any plate of Tuscan sausages with its intensive and perfect taste. It is the synthesis between the taste of wild boar and the delicacy of traditional Sienese sausages. It is to be consumed raw and is very good as a starter in a typical Tuscan menu as an aperitif with Tuscan bread.

About the company:
It all began in 1925 with a small dairy in the old town of Siena. From then on, the name Morbidi became synonymous with "good food" for the locals. In the 1940s, we began to work with pork and then with sheep's milk, in line with the oldest local traditions. Over the generations, we have developed into a modern company with a strong focus on sustainability and a short supply chain, but we have never forgotten where we started: in a wonderful place that is still ready to welcome anyone who comes through the heart of Siena.
