myAcker Juice Cucumber

Originally grown as a crooked cucumber in the myAcker® online garden, it later fell in love with a sun-ripened apple from Lake Millstatt. Now sparklingly united in a glass bottle with Carinthian spring water as gurpfel. The gurpfel tastes refreshingly extraordinary, ensured by only the best apple and cucumber juice, Carinthian spring water and a little sparkle - nothing more! Store dry and protected from heat.

Best enjoyed ice cold!

Recipe suggestion: GinGurpfel

Ingredients:

• 4 cl gin
• 200 ml Gurpfel Ackersaft
• Ice cubes
• Lemon and cucumber slices for decoration

Preparation: Put ice cubes in a glass and fill up with gin and Gurpfel. Decorate with lemon slices and cucumber slices.

Hello, we are the guys from myAcker!

It all started with the myAcker online garden, where we operate a digitally operable online garden for vegetable fans without their own garden. People from all over Austria plant and care for their organic vegetables online, we implement the steps in the real field and bring the ripe harvest overnight. So far, so good.

Some vegetables sometimes thrive particularly well in the field - for example, we once did it with cucumbers and rhubarb, which then had to be used sensibly. Together with our friends from APO Saft, we therefore came up with the idea of simply making juice out of it. Vegetables that grow in the field, coolly mixed with fruit and a little water - high-quality and completely without artificial stuff and chichi: AckerSaft.

 In addition to the field and the juice, we, together with the 12 girls and boys who belong to our great team, do many other cool things. We enjoy what we do and everything always revolves around the same topics: putting food and its value back in the spotlight, focusing on regionality and honest, lived sustainability. That's myAcker.
